TJA May 2008 Issue
The major theme of the current issue of TJA is Structural Separation – the hottest policy issue facing the federal government in implementing the National Broadband Network (NBN). This issue also includes an in depth interview with David Spence, CEO of Unwired – who suggests that the importance of ‘personal broadband’ requires a national mobile broadband solution, thereby casting doubt on the wisdom of the government’s NBN investment policy. The issue also contains a review of David Lindsay’s new book on International Domain Name Law.
TSA members can gain free access to TJA by entering the Members Only section of this website via the registration box at the top right hand of this page, then proceeding to the Telecommunications Journal page via the link in the left hand column; then use the links on that page to the latest issues of TJA. When registering, your user name sshould have the format ‘johnsmith’, and your password is your TSA membership number.
The next issue of TJA, to appear in November, will have two major themes: ‘the wireless future?’ and ‘broadband for the sustainable environment’.
